📄 Terms and Conditions

📆 Reservations Requests can be made online, by phone, or via email. A booking is confirmed once the terms are accepted and the security deposit is received.

💳 Payment A 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The balance must be paid prior to arrival or by a mutually agreed date. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer or PayPal.

🛏️ Stay The gîtes are rented for the specific number of guests indicated at the time of booking. Stays include cleaning and linen fees (not included in the nightly rate), unless stated otherwise.

⛔ Cancellation All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund and cancellation terms vary depending on the cancellation date (details provided at the time of booking).

💰 Security Deposit A deposit is required and will be returned within 15 days after the end of the stay, pending inspection of the property. In the event of damage or failure to comply with the house rules, all or part of the deposit may be withheld.

🏡 Use of the Premises Guests agree to respect the house rules. Smoking inside and organizing parties or events without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

⚖️ Liability The owner is not liable for accidents, theft, or loss occurring during the stay. Guests are responsible for the property and its equipment throughout the rental period.
